Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of EarnNGrow ("we", "us"), a social media engagement exchange operated from India. By creating an account you accept them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or 13 with a parent or guardian's consent, and old enough to hold an account on the social platform you are promoting. One person, one EarnNGrow account.

2. How credits work

• New accounts receive 50 free credits. Credits are a platform-internal unit of account, not money, not a security, and not redeemable for cash.
• You earn credits by completing engagement tasks and spend them to have other members engage with your content.
• Credits do not expire while your account is in good standing.
• Deleting an active campaign refunds its undelivered credits to your balance automatically.

3. Conduct — what gets you banned

• Falsely confirming a task. Clicking "I did it" without performing the action is fraud against other members and results in a permanent ban and forfeiture of the balance.
• Bots, automation, scripts, emulators or click farms of any kind.
• Multiple accounts, including accounts created to farm referral bonuses.
• Promoting content that is illegal in India, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Anything that violates the terms of Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook or X.

We may suspend or terminate an account for any of the above, at our discretion, without refund.

4. Purchases and refunds

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card details.
• Refund policy: you may request a refund within 24 hours of a purchase for any credits from that purchase that you have not yet spent. Spent credits and credits already committed to a campaign are not refundable.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 working days once approved.
• Credits granted as bonuses, referrals or task earnings have no cash value.

5. No guaranteed results

Disclaimer: we deliver engagement actions from real members. We do not guarantee growth, reach, revenue, retention of followers, or any particular outcome on any platform. Social platforms may remove engagement, throttle content, or take action against accounts for reasons entirely outside our control. Nothing on this site is a promise of results.

6. Service availability

The service is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may change pricing with notice on this site. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
